We are seeking a highly qualified Business Consultant to oversee and monitor the consistent execution and delivery of strategies and standards by franchisees in a well-known food service company. The objective is to enhance the customer and employee experience and to maximize sales and profit.Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees based on trust and accountability
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance with the franchisee
• Analyze key metrics to optimize results
• Assist franchisees in adopting best practices
• Ensure franchisee compliance with all procedures and initiatives
• Coach franchisees and staff to execute programs
• Monitor restaurant profitability and identify sales boosting opportunities
• Help franchisees develop and execute reinvestment plans

Profile

• Bachelor’s in Business Management, Hotel Management, Retail Management
• 5+ years in a field operations leadership role in food service industry or comparable retail industry
• Ability to consult and influence business owners
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, team player with a sense of humor
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
