Business Development Manager BELGIUM

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieving revenue targets
  • Set up meetings and call with existing and new customers
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Having account plans ready for agreed accounts
  • Working together with marketing and lead generation toidentifynew prospects / opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts and offers with the customers

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Desired:

  • Excellent telephony communication skills and proven experience with selling software solutions via telecommunications channels

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence is approaching and discussing solutions and products with strangers.

  • Knowledge and experience of working in a Marketing and Sales environment.

  • Ability to follow and improve current processes and procedures.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative fashion with multiple teams

  • Salesforce CRM knowledge and ability to activity manage sales pipelines

  • Ability to provide information across a corporate hierarchy to ensure maximum dissemination of information and knowledge.

  • Ability to work to targets and KPI’s and self-monitor own performance.

  • Comfortable working to deadlines, ability to multi-task and carry out ad-hoc work.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills

  • Social Selling skill

  • Retail network and knowledge would be a plus

Education / Qualifications Desired:

  • Commercially focussed with an understanding of financial instruments and the importance of confidentiality.

  • Bachelor or Master

  • Very good knowledge of English language
