As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our personal robot consumers, providing top-notch support and guidance as they learn to use and operate their new technology. With a strong understanding of A.I. and how robots work, you will be able to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

In addition to supporting our customers through tickets and phone calls in the languages you are proficient in, you will also have the opportunity to innovate and build out our A.I. database, feeding our A.I. assistant with the knowledge and insights it needs to continue improving. As a pioneer in this exciting new field, you will have the chance to be at the forefront of emerging technologies and be a key player in shaping the future of personal robotics, all while contributing to our mission of creating a better future for all.
