You’re good at your job.

• Good at mastering the offline production processes, colour management, proofing. Working with online assets is a plus.
• Good at knowing your way around, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Pitstop and Suitcase.
• Good at reading technical specifications. Words like bleed, overprint, PMS sound familier to you.
• Good at working harmoniously together with our team of Designers, Art Directors.
• Good at working with brand assets and brand identities. Have a good sense for lay-out and graphic design.
• Good at organising your job and keeping control over the quality.
• Good at spotting the trends, staying on top of new features & technologies, discovering new ways of working…

This is the job

• You take ownership of projects from briefing to final delivery.
• You can work out different offline media based on a design and/or guidelines.
• You implement brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all printed and online assets.
• You collaborate closely with Account Managers, Designers and suppliers.
• You work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
• You are responsible for quality control, producing and delivering artwork ready for print.
• You are able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• You maintain up-to-date with the latest software releases.
• You develop new solutions, automation of design and create templates which help increasing the day-to-day productivity.
• You occasionally conceptualise and design assets for local and international brands.
