Summary:
The Senior Manager, EMEAI Logistics leads the coordination and collaboration of logistics and planning activities in the Europe/India region to optimize product delivery to customers. This position has responsibility for establishing and driving goals and working with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure that the region is successful in order fulfillment, logistics efficiency and inventory turns to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Establishing regional objectives for:
- Logistic efficiency – including implementation of effective routing guides, managing logistic spend and working with carriers to launch new routes as necessary
- Inventory to support order fulfillment objectives – including coordinating with region OTR (order-to-remittance) teams to match their shipment plans with our material plan and coordinating with the Planning team to ensure high material productivity
- Warehousing efficiency – Working with our local third-party logistics partners to develop service levels that meet the fulfillment requirements of the region
- Participating on region leadership team calls and operating reviews to represent the Planning and Logistics organization
- Translating region business needs to action plans and timelines and leading the execution of these actions to achievement of region goals
- Interfacing regularly with third-party logistics provider of our warehouse(s) to maintain high levels of service
- Translating corporate-level initiatives back to the region, showing impact and benefits to that region
- Leading the effective implementation of corporate-level initiatives toward both corporate and region goals
- Managing, tracking and reporting on the status of ongoing projects and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Providing leadership to a team of professionals, including assigning responsibilities; hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers; assessing and recommending appropriate staffing levels and employee performance; and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in Logistics, Warehousing, ITC or Operations
- Experience with distribution planning to support complex order fulfillment strategies
- SAP experience / knowledge preferred to include materials management processes and the management of data
- Previous experience managing projects with global implications
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong PC skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong leadership and influencing capability
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS CPIM and/or Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISM) certification preferred
- Ability to drive a culture that fosters learning, collaboration with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Self-starter with an ability to be an effective business partner rather than just functional support; a sense of urgency and commitment to meet operational and financial goals with a focus on internal and external customers
