What will you do?

The main purpose of this job is to process, follow-up and physically send car documents to the buyers. This involves a lot of manual work.

  • Check incoming documents on correctness and completeness
  • Take action to complete the needed documents
  • File incoming car documents correctly and prepare them for shipment.
  • Follow-up on documents in back office, scan and process CMRs

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You are an enthusiastic person with a preference for administrative work;
  • You don’t mind repetitive tasks and you like data input;
  • You work accurately but keep up the pace;
  • You are a team player that likes to work in an international environment;
  • You have a first experience in a similar position;
  • You have a good level of English;
  • You want to start in a part-time position for a fixed term (4 months).
