Foodservice Executive Chef

Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting an Executive Chef to lead our Foodservice development within Belgium.

The Role

This is a newly created essential role to accelerate our growth within the Foodservice sector across Europe. You will be instrumental in step change engagement with all food teams in contract catering partners (such as Compass, Sodexo etc.) across current Quorn sectors & future growth platforms.

You will be responsible for building concepts & educating food teams on Quorn, how it cooks, the nutritional benefits & develop recipes together with leading contract caterers as their clients in order to drive momentum in the core range.

You will identify & realise menu opportunities within contract catering, running events, food tours/safaris & chef engagement programmes that will help deliver growth across the European market.

The successful applicant will have:

• Extensive background working within a commercial kitchen environment, preferably at group/regional/developmental level

• Knowledge of working with contract caterers in the European market

• Background of working with the likes of Compass & Sodexo across multiple channels

• Excellent relationship and communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence

• A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
