Our fast growing team, which is part of People Advisory Services at EY, is welcoming a new, dynamic colleague with at least 3 years of experience in a Reward consulting role.

Your role

Ever wondered how the answer to the question ‘How can we Reward you in the best possible way?’ should be? Than you are the new Senior Consultant flexible Reward we are looking for. You will be part of our truly multidisciplinary team of remuneration experts, technology geeks and data wizards. You will be dragged into projects answering client questions such as :
  • Should we offer more flexibility in the benefits and remuneration we provide to our employees?
  • How can we optimize the current remuneration package of the employee population?
  • How can we position ourselves as an attractive employer in the market?
  • How can we create a lasting People Experience in our remuneration strategy?
  • What are the new trends in the market?

As a Senior Consultant flexible Reward you will help clients with rethinking their reward and remuneration strategy based on the best solutions available in the market. Mainly you’ll be involved in the implementation and hypercare of flexible remuneration schemes at clients. Next to that you will also be involved in the deployment of new solutions with the required supporting technology locally and globally.

To qualify for the role you must
  • Be fluent in Dutch or French and English.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Interest in data analytics and technology is a plus
  • Excellent communication across cultures and within a virtual working environment
