Our breakthrough culture lends itself to our dedication to transforming millions of lives.At Pfizer we know that great things happen anywhere people come together with one shared goal.Health Solution Partner Covid(Commercial field-based role in the Covid-19 team)North East BelgiumHow We Impact PatientsThis individual will be part of a team that will work on important milestones for a successful management of our Covid-19 solutions in Belgium & Luxembourg, in the currently (regulated) government situation, as well as moving into a more normal endemic environment.As Health Solution Partner (HSP) Covid-19 you will be asked to provide scientific content on the product and the disease and support HCPs to improve their impact with our medicines on patients and society. You will be the key person to drive a better customer experience, which should indirectly lead to better patient care and outcomes.How You Will ContributeThis role is a Commercial function – Field Based(North-East of Belgium)

• Focused on providing educational & scientific content to create better customer experience.
• Act as a trusted partner supporting HCPs (Specialists) and other key stakeholders (Multidisciplinary team, etc)
• Support achievement of improved patient outcomes through education and services
• Facilitate the exchange of clinical experiences between HCPs.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Drive engagement with HCPs on educational & scientific content
• Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and communication channels (hybrid (in-person and virtual) customer facing activities)
• Understand the territory in depths and stakeholder networks
• Implement projects to improve patient care and outcomes
• Build and execute an effective omnichannel engagement strategy
• Active member of the XFT (Cross-functional team) to proactively share the customer insights and to co-shape the customer strategy and tactics
• Comply and adhere to legal and financial policies, relevant procedures and agreed timelines of the organisation

What We ExpectQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Health Science or Business required
• Fluent in Dutch and good working language in English, and understand French
• Pharma Industry: 8+ years pharmaceutical or relevant experience with Belgian market
• Prior experience with specialists in hospitals in similar function is a plus
• Strong problem solving, communication, coordination, ability to build customer network and project management
• Highly autonomous working style, thinking strategically and innovatively and take thoughtful risks
• Understands trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, digital tools, and competitive dynamics in Belgium
