Robert Half is currently looking for a driven HR Generalist (m-f-x).

For our client, an American company based in Walloon Brabant, we are looking for a HR Generalist (m-f-x) to join the international team.

As an HR Generalist, you will be working both with soft HR and hard HR

Your Tasks Will Include

• You will manage recruitment as well as the communication with recruitment agencies
• You will advise the company on Comp&Ben policies
• You will align company policies and guidelines for the European office with those of our Global Company
• You will manage the company handbook and all of the employees documents including contracts and employee folders
• You will manage onboarding and offboarding
• You will be responsible for the Learning & Development for the employees
• You will be the point of contact between employees and management and you will answer to all the HR questions the employees might have
• You will lead and accompany evaluations
  

The qualities required for this job are the following :

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and knowledge of social legislation
• You have experience in, or strong affinity with recruitment
• You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is a plus
• You are eager to learn and grow into the HR generalist role
• You have attention to detail, are proactive and communicative
