As a (Sr) Advisor, you will work in dynamic multidisciplinary teams to support our clients. From day one onwards, you will contribute to and coordinate opportunities with focus on IT Strategy & Operating Models, Integration & Separations ( IT Deals) for Belgian and international clients. The experience of working with C-level stakeholders of our clients and Senior Management of KPMG will further boost your personnel development.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering.
  • You have 3-6 years of working experience in IT consulting and at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • You have a good understanding of mergers and acquisitions and the impact it has on IT.
  • You can work on ‘Deal Speed’ and board level combining IT analysis and project execution from strategic business plan to technology impact.
  • Navigating the dynamics between ’sell-side’ and ’buy-side’
  • Strong analytical and IT skills => You are analytically strong and have profound understanding of digital business, digital transformations, the role of technology and the impact on the Operating Model of the organization
  • You are creative and not afraid of challenging the status quo
  • The following certifications are considered as a plus: COBIT, ITIL, TBM, TOGAF, SAFe, Six Sigma

While experience and academic qualifications are important, we also value other competences, including:

  • Excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at client level and build problem solving partnerships.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as in project teams.
  • Preferably trilingual communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
  • Mastering English is a must.
  • Deal consulting experience and mindset
  • Strong analytical and IT skills
