We would like to reinforce our Talent Department within Deloitte Consulting in Zaventem with a Junior HR Business Partner.

Your function

You are part of an enthusiastic Talent Team and contribute to Deloitte’s Simply Irresistible Organisation strategy.

As a Talent Business Partner, you understand and perceive the organization as well as its dynamic context. You show leadership and take responsibility for the future of your client groups. As a critical and trusted partner, you build solid relationships with the business and have the ability to identify talent challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • You contribute to the definition and the management of the existing Talent processes (onboarding, performance and talent management, mobility, engagement and retention, Talent Reporting…);
  • You execute Talent policy and supports with implementation of Talent procedures and processes under control of an experienced HRBP;
  • You support in administrative follow up & preparation such as talent acquisition, workforce updates, participates in the talent reviews, investigates and supports in day-to-day employee questions;
  • You will work in close cooperation with the HR specialist teams (Recruiting, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Learning, Knowledge Management);
  • You support sub internal stakeholders on talent policies, procedures and precedents.
  • You connect well with the people of your Service Lines in order to get a good understanding of what lives within the organization, act as talent sounding board, pulse the level of engagement, identify talent challenges which should be addressed, …;
  • You show the ability to look at the bigger picture, identifying broader talent challenges, and come with ideas on how to address them;
  • You are challenged to think creatively, come up with new ideas and translate them into projects and processes.

  • You have a Bachelor or a Master degree with an economical orientation;
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and a relevant business environment (preferably services);
  • You show a deep interest in the development of human capital and want to become a business partner in Talent (a “know Talent, think Business, care for people”);
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch/French is a necessity, both written and spoken;
  • You work accurately, are flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …);
  • You are analytical and goal oriented;
  • You are not afraid to take initiative;
  • You are a discrete and diplomatic person;
  • You are a team player and have very good communication skills.
