About the job

Are you ready to drive our Metabolic & Epilepsy categories, co-develop the strategic plan and drive the local execution? Join us as our new Junior Strategy Brand Manager and you will contribute to the evolution and growth of the categories with the respective Nutricia brands! In this challenging role you will be working closely together and in full alignment with a cross-functional team.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Business Strategy / Strategic Vision

Operational

  • To work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with Medical science liasons, Medical affairs, Brand manager M&E and HCME Excellence team to support the execution of the Therapeutic Area metabolics and epilepsy and brand plan.
  • To support the commercial manager in the development and excellent execution of HC marketing intiatives, integrated and coordinated with M&E brand plan (led by PAT).

Impact on Business Results

  • Support in driving demand for the metabolics and epilepsy category
  • Co-development of activities to create patient and customer preference and loyalty to gain share from competition.

Process & Projects

  • Helps with the analysis of the business dynamics
  • Connects cross-functionally, the junior BM will be key in executing a selection of off and online marketing activies for the category
  • Monitors key brand and sales performance indicators
  • Supports brand manager M&E in executing inno/reno projects
  • Working with basic understanding of P&L
  • Support in organizational activities for campaigns : eg. DANAP, Po creation, briefings, roll out media campaign parts, newsletters etc
  • Support brand consistency in communication assets both on- and offline
About you
  • Experience with marketing tasks/projects is a plus
  • Analytical & presentation skills, results oriented
  • Pro-active, creative mindset, hands on mentality and able to quicly react to a changing environment
  • Digital savvyness (familiarity with digtial and social media is a pre)
  • Social, interpersonal skills, power to collaborate efficiently in a cross functional team
  • Communication skills
  • Eager to learn and ambition to grow further in the organisation
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
