Joining Collibra’s Sales Engineering Team- As a Sr. Sales Engineer you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle, advising customers, partners and prospects as well as helping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You’ll be a very essential part of the Sales Organisation at Collibra and you will collaborate with AE’s and others to help enterprise prospects and - clients to understand how Collibra can help them to unlock the value of their data and turn it into a strategic, competitive asset.
- In this role you will work as One Collibra, collaborating and building relationships cross-functionally and across geographies for the larger team’s success.
Things You’ll Be Doing Are For Example
Never a dull moment. You’ll be working with well-known and respected companies in the Benelux region and sometimes across EMEA or Global.
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, both on site and remote using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
- Provide sales qualification & RFP support.
- Developing sales proposals together with Enterprise AEs and others.
- Lead and own the technical side of the sales process and scope and run technical evaluations.
- Be the liaison for product management and share feedback on issues identified from field observations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar level achieved through working experience.
- 3+ years’ experience working as a Sales Engineer preferably with enterprise software.
- 5 + yearhe challenges faced by vertical markets like for example high tech, financial services, healthcare, government, and retail.
- Able to absorb and comprehend new technologies and learn quickly.
- You can communicate complex concepts in a clear and professional manner to either technical or business audiences.
- Someone with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams across several geographies.
- You thrive in fast paced, high-growth and sales focused environments while working on a team..
- Within your first month, you will have built relationships with key stakeholders, learn about our product offering and have completed the first part of the onboarding process.
- Within your third month, your onboarding continues and you will be involved with customer opportunities, with support of your peers.
- Within your sixth month, you will be mostly self supporting and independently working with the sales teams on sales engagements.
