Logistic Specialist

Based in Manage, we are looking for a talented and dynamic profile to accompany us in our development.

Description of the function:

As Logistic Specialist, you are responsible for the optimization of our warehousing and operational processes and systems related to Pharmaceutical products & Clinical Supplies distribution, and to packaging activities.

You are directly involved in customer projects setup and in this context you are responsible for new processes implementation, for processes monitoring and for improvement actions.

As a member of the warehouse lead team, you are a key contact for the day-to-day activities for internal and external customers.

You report to the Warehouse Manager.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Enhance warehouse operations and packaging processes by analyzing workflows, space requirements and layout, and implement improvement initiatives;
• Pilot or support new strategical projects at different levels of the supply chain;
• Manage all aspects of assigned challenges throughout the project lifecycle including project scope definition, scheduling, resources, related data and metrics, procedures, costs, changes and implementation;
• Support the business development and new activities onboarding;
• Drive continuous Customer Satisfaction.

Your profile:

• Master degree in management or logistic
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Continuous improvement is one of your strengths and you are familiar with Lean best practices
• Relevant experience in project management.
• Manufacturing, packaging or logistic experience in Pharmaceutical/food environment is essential
• Analytical and reporting skills: capacity to analyze information and suggest action plans - monitor various KPIs
• Solution oriented: dealing with complex problems and emergencies and suggest solutions
• Experience in managing, developing, and inspiring people
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work with, and influence, a wide range of personnel across the organisation, understanding the needs and requirements of all key stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English
