For our logistics team, we are looking for a Team Lead for our hub in Namur. Do you have experience as a Team Lead? Stop looking, we are looking for you! As a Team Lead you are responsible for the daily operations at our hub. You are the first point of contact for our drivers and will make sure all deliveries run smoothly and our boxes are delivered on time! You know how to motivate and continuously improve team spirit and mindset. When something appears to become a problem, you know how to fix it in no time! You foresee problems for our drivers? Then you immediately act.

Together With Your Colleague Team Leads, You Will

• assist drivers during loading the vans and the routes;
• solve all delivery related questions and issues;
• check and registration of damages;
• support, coach, motivate and daily lead a large and growing team of drivers;
• have operational contact with the employment agencies;
• take the quality and safety standards at the hub into account;
• ensure that all preparations are made for the next delivery day;
• oversee personnel planning.

Are you our perfect new colleague?

You have had higher level education and experience in leading a team (preferably in a logistic environment). You don’t shy away from a challenge and are able to perform in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment. You have good communication skills and an eye for people and the process. You are service-oriented and like to think in solutions rather than problems. You’re full time available and flexible with working early-, day-, evening shifts and weekends. You’re fluent in both Dutch and French.
