As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for generating profitable growth in the allocated region and segment through direct sales as well as sales through distribution. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with mostly new car body repair customers and with distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting in your segment and making sure support infrastructure is put in place to manage those accounts.
  • Maximise market penetration by continuously building your network and relationships. Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to maximise and define new opportunities.
  • Team up with Technical Account Managers to support the clients wherever necessary to improve the existing business relationships.
  • Responsible for logging all customer meetings to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or proven experience working within the segment.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch, French and English language, spoken and written. German would be a plus.
  • Commercially driven with a hunter attitude. At the same time you’re a strong team player.
  • You have the flexibility to travel across the region.
