Atlas Copco is on its way to a truly data driven organization and our team and platform are core components in this.The platform team takes care of Solution Architecture and Advisory, Platform DevOps, Support and provides Product DevOps capabilities to the organization.We are looking for a passionate and committed Platform DevOps Team Lead to help us architect, build, as well as maintain our ever-expanding platform. As a DevOps Team Lead, you will be working across our entire technology stack and with engineers to help make our platform more reliable and easier to work with than ever before. Your work will not only directly and tangibly impact all engineers on the team, but also the success of data providers and consumers in Atlas Copco.As a Platform DevOps Team Lead you work in close collaboration with the Polaris Platform Owner, the Polaris Solution Architects, the Product DevOps and Support teams.What you can expect from us?

What we expect of you?What we can expect from youRoles & Responsibilities
  • Secure day to day platform operations of all provider’s services and products through monitoring and operations
  • Steer the work of the platform DevOps engineers and developers and coordinate operations with our infrastructure teams
  • Help scrutinize, reason, and drive the technology and architecture choices we make in building our platform
  • Participate in the setup of a data governance toolset and organization to enable a Data catalog, allow for advanced data quality checks and a full end-to-end data lineage solution.
  • Define standards for documentation of both code, version control, change management and end user manuals and increase maturity year on year
  • Oversee the documentation and ownership of all data products and services
  • Establish communities focusing on end user self-services and data quality improvement programs in collaboration with the IT Services communications and training department and support data literacy in the organization
  • Together with the data product providers you refine the backlog for the different agile cycles and prioritize release management
  • Participate overseeing the overall backlog for the Data Domain and as such securing a central overview
  • Work with the other engineers and architects to ensure that the development, testing, and deployment of our technology is as easy and dependable as possible
  • Help ensure that the security of our systems is state-of-the-art and exceeds the requirements and expectations
  • As team lead of the Platform DevOps team, you will be reporting to the Polaris Platform Manager.

Technology Experience
  • 5+ Years of IS/IT, reporting and related processes background.
  • Good knowledge of business intelligence, data warehouse concepts and data modeling is a must.
  • General knowledge of (SAP) ERP Platforms and the integration capabilities towards BW4HANA.
  • Knowledge in SAP B4HANA, mixed modeling and HANA is a must.
  • Experience with S4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views), SQL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end tools: Analysis for Office, PowerBI and other reporting solutions.
  • Project Management experience is a plus, specifically the Agile methodology.
Educational requirements
  • University degree in Economics, ICT or Business Administration, or similar academic background.
  • Fluent in English. More languages are a plus
