About the role:
This position is responsible for the support and development of existing customers along with the acquisition of new accounts within the Spine sector with the aim of achieving the sales targets in the Flemish region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Promotion and sale of all the ZimVie products to mainly surgeons & operating room nurses.
- Work to achieve the defined business objectives in the territory within your segment.
- Prepare and document account plans for the territory and customers to define sales budget.
- Make work schedules for the territory and communicate them to the reporting manager.
- Have regular contact with the reporting manager by phone / mail regarding action points.
- Monthly reports on the follow up of the account plan and other important information obtained to the reporting manager.
- Train surgeons & operating room staff on the good use of our products.
- Familiar with surgical techniques: support & give technical advises during the interventions about the good use of our products when needed.
- Participation to spine related symposia, meetings and congresses.
What you’ll need:
- Medical or Paramedical Degree or equivalent by experience.
- 3+ years of experience in sales positions and will now be seeking to move into the technically challenging field of spine surgery.
- Proven track record of successful sales results, however, we will also consider a highly motivated newcomer who exemplifies the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed and grow in a fast paced sales environment.
- Positive attitude and healthy self-confidence when interacting with customers.
- Team player, able to work proactively and autonomously.
- Good self-organization and effective time management.
- Clean driving license is required.
- Native Dutch speaker
