Your Story

Your Role

When you join our Supply Chain team, you join a powerful and local team, which is part of a global network of talented professionals. We provide opportunities to build lifelong connections with colleagues and clients, locally and all around the world, because we all perform better when we connect the dots between our people and their strengths.

Supply Chain Process Optimization
Our Supply Chain team engages with a wide variety of clients across different industries (e.g. Automotive / Energy / Consumer Goods / …) and on different supply chain domains (Logistics & Distribution / Manufacturing / Procurement / Planning). Although many of our client projects tackle similar supply chain challenges (e.g. network design / process optimization / …), each of them are unique in their own way by size, products, organizational structure and more. To strive for consistent quality and standards, yet looking for ways to improve efficiencies along the way, we are looking to standardize and automate a series of different activities within our client facing projects. Within this light, we are looking to optimize & automate the Business Case Calculation Methodology.

Our Story

Context
When engaging our clients, many of our projects start with a business case calculation to asses the current AS-IS supply chain situation, and calculate the expected TO-BE benefit of the project to be implemented. Such business case calculations remains rather similar across different client facing projects within a specific supply chain domain & challenge, but will differ based on a series of parameters and other contextual factors.

Objective
Create an excel (or other software) enabled tool to automatically calculate the potential business case impact on a client’s project, based on a standard list of parameters, data points and formulas. This would be tailored to specific SC domains, industries and other focus areas.
