  • Collaborate with our Head of Talent & Culture & Talent Partner to keep our hiring plans aligned with the business needs
  • Collaborate with our hiring managers to set out the right requirements to match our current team continuously
  • Full ownership of the recruitment cycle for our technical profiles: work out and design the hiring process that fits the role & person we are looking for
  • Know where to find the exceptional tech talent that will accelerate ML6
  • Proactively reach out & source good potential candidates
  • Host & attend events to keep us connected to the right candidates
Candidate Experience
  • Own the recruitment cycle of our different technical positions across the different countries (BE/NL/DE)
  • Drive the selection process from resume screening to interviewing and offering
  • Master our ATS system
  • Showcase our ML6 DNA throughout the process to attract the right candidates
Young graduates
  • Are involved in the hiring of technical interns & young graduates
  • Organise and attend the collaboration with universities & associations that fit our talent pools
  • Follow-up directly with the participants after the events you attend
Employer branding
  • Work closely together with our Talent Partner to suggest and create an employer brand focused on techies that matches our organisation
Why you?
  • You have a master’s degree preferable in an HR related field
  • You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting (preferably)with technical profiles
  • You view recruitment from the bigger picture, and know what different elements are needed to reach and attract the right technical audience
  • You love to talk ‘tech’ and initiate different events to inspire the right audience
  • You also have a bigger interest in HR in general
  • You get what drives and motivates people
  • You are communicative, both in English as in Dutch (German is a plus)
  • You are proactive and hands on
  • You are flexible, curious and willing to embrace change for the better
