Nous sommes une startup d’une douzaine de personnes , créée en 2019.

Persuadés qu’une grande partie des produits que nous utilisons pourraient être fabriqués localement, ce qui réduirait les transports inutiles et créerait des emplois plein de sens, nous nous sommes donné pour mission de rendre plus accessible la fabrication à l’échelle locale !

Comment ? Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous créons des machines open source et du contenu éducatif, afin que n’importe qui puisse commencer à créer des objets en quelques jours, sans connaissances techniques préalables.

Nous avons aujourd’hui développé deux gammes de machines au caractère évolutif :

> Sérigraphie, pour permettre l’impression textile et le lancement de petites lignes de vêtements.

> Fraisage numérique, pour permettre la fabrication digitale d’éléments en bois, métaux, plastique ou même en pierre.

Nous rencontrons un franc succès grâce à ces machines innovantes ! Plus de 800 entrepreneurs et créatifs passionné.e.s sont déjà équipés, et ce dans 37 pays. De quoi avoir un impact local à travers le globe !

Description de la fonction

You will :

  • support our Customer Success Manager to onboard inbound leads
  • build the foundations of a strong reseller network in neighbouring countries
  • help deepen our sales focus on the French and German market

Our sales strategy is currently mainly remote and based on advice and demonstration of our products to inbound leads. We focus on a pay-it-forward strategy where we give as much value as possible to our leads for them to decide to work with us.

On top of this, we’re building a local network of partners enabling us to offer additional services to our users and to offer local advice and repairs services.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include both direct and reselling sales channels.

1/ Partnership development

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new sales partners, mostly across Germany and Franc

  • Follow up on your partner’s portfolio in order to make them huge advocates of our products and grow sales together.

  • Coordinate marketing actions with your partners and our marketing team.

  • Organize events on-site with partners or co-participate in fairs.

    2/ Commercial reporting

  • Make sure we capture and understand our sales numbers, identify the levers to improve them, and focus on the most efficient actions.

3/ Customer Success

  • Welcome, advise and nurture inbound leads

Description du profil

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual, with proven experience and a high level of creativity, ready to involve herself/himself in an exciting and growing company.

Our team is young - with a median age of 32 - and we have a very committed but flexible work culture. We are a team of curious and creative people with good communication skills.

We’re looking for someone that has the following skill set :

  • A commercial profile, thriving to meet and help people.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a track record.

  • Strong interest in making, machines, and manufacturing, and willingness to learn

  • technical knowledge linked to our activity.

  • Great EN and FR proficiency (oral and written) - DE is a real plus - NL is a plus.
