Job Purpose and Impact

The TMO Commercial Lead will have a dual responsibility: on the one hand managing & coordinating the Commercial TMO portfolio; on the other hand managing PMO projects from ideation through to completion. As PMO project manager you will be coordinating people and processes to ensure that your projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Key Accountabilities

Manage TMO Commercial Portfolio: acts as change agent and coach towards execution and timely delivery
Run monthly IBP STEP 1 premeetings per Product line / Category
Run the bi-monthly PMR reviews per Product line / Category

Adopt Cargill’s PPM standards & gated Project Delivery Process (PDP) to coordinate and deliver projects in the portfolio and ensure consistent and effective execution
Organize, lead and motivate your project team. Select the right resources, provide relevant subject matter expertise & assign individual responsibilities
Set clear scope, goals and objectives for your project or phase
Develop project schedule and carry out planning in line with needs of your internal & external clients
Together with key stakeholders plan, estimate, budget and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget
Ensure proper documentation of your project throughout the entire PDP process (from creation to long term archiving)
Identify, control and eliminate risks and resolve obstacles to ensure timely delivery of project and on budget
Monitor and report regularly to management on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing (minimally at Gate reviews of PDP process)
Close the project - this includes evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project

Develop reports and tools to support governance and decision making
Training coordinator for MyPPM
MyPPM expert, accountable for data integrity procedures and compliance
Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of business intelligence or visualization tools (Power BI = strong asset)
Experience with program & process methodologies
Strong customer focus mindset
Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal, written & visual)
Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, scope & working environment
Fluent in English – French is an asset
Up to 50% mobility
